A Guide on How to Get Different Colored Eggs.

TS4 Sims 4 Cottage Living How to get colored eggs

On July 22, 2021, The Sims 4 released its eleventh expansion pack called Cottage Living. This pack focuses on country life, including cows, chickens, llamas, wild birds, bunnies, and foxes. Raise animals, explore a variety of treats and watch your animals transform into different colours. Some of them pose an advantage not only to gameplay but to your Sim's recipes.

How To Get Different-Colored Eggs?

Your hens lay coloured eggs depending on which animal treat is given to them.

A list of animal treats can be found here.

Note 1: Collecting Eggs

Collecting eggs from the chicken coop can be done daily. Hover over the coop for details; it will show you the number of eggs ready for collection. Note that leaving the eggs in the coop for too long will spoil your eggs. It is best to collect them every day and to keep them refrigerated.

Note 2: Knowing your eggs

Hover over your chicken to find what kind of eggs you can collect the next day.

Below is a list of all 8 Eggs.
