Custom contents that are too good not to share.
Reminder
Please note that it is a must to keep your downloads updated. New patches and updates for The Sims 4 may or may not cause your downloads to stop working. Most creators update their files immediately, all we have to do is redownload. I will keep a lookout for updates, and update this page as well.
Installing Custom Content and Mods
Step 1: Every mod/custom content should be placed in My Document>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4> Mods
Step 2: If the cc/mod you download is in .package format, you can place it anywhere you want in the Mods folder. If it is a SCRIPT mod, you cannot place it inside a sub-sub folder. If it's a ZIP file, first unzip it and follow the instructions above.
Step 3. Enable cc in-game. If you're using script mods, also enable script mods in-game
Installing Sims and lots
Step 1: Every mod/custom content should be placed in My Document>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray
Step 2: If it's a ZIP file, first unzip it and follow the instructions above.
Step 3. Enable cc in-game. If you're using script mods, also enable script mods in-game
Step 4. Go to your Sims 4 Gallery in the game, and look for your Sims or the lots you had just installed. If you cannot find them, you might need to enable your custom content in the gallery.
NOTE: After each patch, the game will automatically disable custom contents; you have to enable it
in-game again.
Please be guided accordingly:
Blue Custom Content - Deco only
Green Custom Content/Mods - Functional
Yellow Custom Content - CAS (Sims, skin overlay, make-up, eye colors, clothes, etc.)
Red Custom Content - Build Mode (Includes Lots & House, rooms)

Thoughts
A mod that is a must-have. Because of this, my Sims are now able to drink beer, fruit shakes, and many more. Before I installed this mod, all my Sims had were the same thing over and over - orange juice, water, coffee, and tea.

My only problem with the custom drinks is that they do not offer group servings. Other than that, they are fantastic!
6. Dairy Cow
Description
There are 7 swatches for this dairy cow. You can feed them hay or seeds, milk them and receive milk which depends on what you feed your cows. You can sell the milk or store them in your fridge which you can serve to your Sims over dinner, breakfast, or whenever. You can also send your cows away in exchange for fresh meat. Your cows can also be your friend - talk to them, pet them and rid your Sim of loneliness.

OMG! These cows are not for decoration only! They move around, and they sleep, too. My Sims enjoy milking them. I enjoy collecting their milk and serving them to my Sims for breakfast. I love this download! I really love this download!
7. Functional Cookie Jar

Your Sims can now have a useful cookie jar anywhere in their house... grab a cookie, eat the cookie, and fill up the jar once it is empty.

It looks just like the ordinary cookie jar in-game. But what Sims 4 failed to do, Icemunmun did the opposite. I enjoy having the jar on the desk or in some nook in my Sims' home. They can grab a cookie anytime, and they just fill it up once it is empty.
8. Functional Water Pump
Description
Buckets of water are now required to bathe and wash clothes. So, if you don't want to live in filth - be sure to have some buckets of fresh water in your Sims inventory.

Another gem from icemunmun! I love when my Sims go to get buckets of water. My only problem with this is that there are only 2 designs, and both are for the outdoors. But that should not be a problem because I know that Icemunmun will create one that we can all enjoy indoors. Crossing my fingers!

Go on a hike. Go to the beach. Go anywhere and your Sim won't go hungry. Do know that this is not the same as sack lunches. This is more like a cross-between a fridge and a sack lunch. You pack what you want, and eat it when you feel like it without having to worry about it spoiling.

When I saw this Sim, she blew me away. She looks so real, and I love her hairstyle - more on the rugged side. The skin tone used is a blessing - it does wonders to the ordinary-looking Sims when you create a Sim.
